I guess he was meaning the Jack Bauer who saved the world from the bad guys and NOT the Jack Bauer who suffered from heroin addiction (altho I feel I must add that that particular character development was the lamest ever put across by the script writers and KS himself) or the Jack Bauer who was kidnapped (taken into custody) and whisked off to China for a lifetime of hard labour.
