Back in the ‘nos
Arrived back in Takanosu last night, after 9 hours travel on various trains, local and otherwise on our way north from Yamagata. Time to unpack and chill out for a bit as Japan’s Obon season draws near. Nice to know we wont have to be carrying out packs around for a while, and also a surprise to find clothes we had left behind when we set out last year. It seems such a luxury to be able to choose what to wear in the morning.
As for the blog, I understand that comments aren’t working at the moment. I updated the software running the blog to stop people posting blog spam and that means that people can’t leave comments. At the moment I also am unable to use my laptop because the only power cable I have for it has Chinese plugs. Hopefully I can find a cable this afternoon when we go shopping; then I will fix up the commenting and also Chooch’s Japanese side of the blog.
