Great Chinglish
Was transfering some of our travel photos onto our Ipod when I came across these choice pieces of Chinese english I copied down while we were traveling in Xinjiang. The first is from the Pamir Hotel, Tashkurgan, Tajik Autonomous Region – on the road into Pakistan from China. One wonders how to icon cloth. The second excert is from the Qinibagh Hotel, site of the former British Consulate, in Kashgar. Fun time on the Silk Road indeed!
The picture isn’t from Xinjiang, but shows a sign we saw on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast.
