Internships
The Office of FURUKAWA Motohisa offers internship opportunities for qualified college students, graduate students, and recent graduates.
The intent of the program is to offer foreign students a rare opportunity to observe and participate in the workings of the Japanese Diet through a full or part-time internship in our Tokyo office. Interns become an integral part of our office, are exposed to many aspects of the legislative process, and are able to spend much of their time on substantive activities. Our goal is to offer as rewarding an experience as possible, while fulfilling the existing needs of the office. Interns are therefore encouraged to observe the Diet’s plenary meetings, take advantage of the Diet Library, and study the role of the legislative committees.
Really sounds like a great opportunity for some Pols Sci major out there to learn heaps about life in the Japanese political scene.
(Just for the record I am not endorsing this politician.)
