		<description>Believe it or not, the Chuo line is already packed full around Nishi-Hachioji.   That blows my mind as the Chuo line generally starts from Takao, which is the station next to Nishi-Hachioji.   When the train pulls into Hachioji station it gets worse because the Yokohama line and Hachiko line also meet there. That salarymen can put up with that morning and evening rush for forty years of their lives really amazes me.</description>
