In my experience they seem to be heavily monitored by the headhunters, which can be good or bad I guess (I never had any luck with recruiters). But you never know. Oddly enough, I found my current job through Yahoo Japan jobs...actually stumbled onto it accidentally why my wife was searching for a new job. Good luck with the job search though!
