A first for us: we have been podcasted! I Heart NZ aka
A Kiwi bloke and a Canuck girl podcast from the beach in New Zealand plugged us on their most recent episode - Episode 25 - The Aliens are Coming. I would link directly to it, but this software doesn’t like complicated URL’s. Will have to fix that later. Fixed. 2 down, 2? bugs to go.
I quite enjoy their laidback chatty style. Chris the Kiwi bloke is across the ditch in Aussie at the moment, with Ghada back in Aotearoa. Check them out at the I Heart NZ website.
Being here in China and having only one TV channel that works (and isn’t in Chinese but in Uighyr) and not having easy access to uptodate English (or Japanese) newspapers, the internet really is our link to the outside world. So it is nice to hear people chatting about stuff, not too serious like at I Heart NZ.
Another site with some good kiwi music I also enjoy is Noizyland’s podcast blog Noizypod. Good tunes, kiwi flavour.
