Spring, Lovemarks, et al
Spring is here, temperatures have picked up and so has the infamous desert wind. Nice to feel the sun on ones back again.
Nice too, to get an email yesterday informing me that I was a Consolation Prize winner of the Lovemarks.com Wish List competition. So they will send me a set of Avant-Guide Travel Books and a copy of the new expanded edition of Lovemarks: the future beyond brands. You can check out the results here.
More impressively, my friend Cam and the team he worked with on the PC game Goliath has been selected as a winner in the 2006 Independent Games Festival Student Showcase - one of two winners selected from 17 international entries in the middleware-based game category. Cam was interviewed by the Australian radio show Tektime and you can listen to him talking about game development here.
Finally I have tidied up the pictures from the Chinese New Year.
