Tokyo Notice Board
Much better than the real thing, the Tokyo Notice Board offers foreign residents of Tokyo the chance to offer to buy and sell a wide range of things. Unfortunately they don’t check what they post:

This was in the current issue of Tokyo Notice Board. No way to contact Dean though, so I am sure he will be patiently puffing away by himself. Sad though, as I do enjoy a good Cuban cigar.
