the instructions are posted above in the comments:

for xp:

The setup for windows XP is as follows:

Windows Xp

1. From the start menu, click on the control panel.

2. Click on Network and Internet Settings, then click on Network Settings.

3. Right click on Local Area Networking, then click on Properties.

4. Click on the General tab. Then make sure Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
is chosen. Then click on the Property button.

5. Check the radio buttons for Automatic IP Address detection, and for
Automatic DNS detection.

6. Click Ok

7. Click Ok.

There are some other things you might have to do depending on whether you are using Internet Explorer or Firefox.

and for OSX:

the WR6650S manual (in japanese) can be found here: http://121ware.com/product/atermstation/manual/download_bb01.html#wr6650.

For Mac OSX setup is as follows:

1. From the application menu, click on system settings and then on the network icon.

2. Check that the IP address it displays starts with 192.168.0.

3. Open up a browser like firefox and go to http://web.setup/

4. Look for something like ????????. This means administrator password and it will ask you to enter a password twice. You should note this down, although you can reset the box if you need to. Then click on ?? which means save.

5. Then click on the PPPoE (there are other options here, but this is the most common although it depends on your provider). Enter the details your ISP has provided. Where is says ????? this means user name and this should look like an email address eg. XXXX@biglobe.ne.jp. Then at ????? – password enter the password they provided.

6. Then click on ?? again.

7. Click ok.

If you want more than one computer, you might have to set their IP address to 192.168.0.2, 192.168.0.3, 192.168.0.4, etc.

Hope that helps!

The router password is the one you use for you Internet service (for your modem) since the router needs that to access the modem. So, mine changed after I switched providers. The name is always "admin".

Se você me entender em português. É assim, a mesma senha que você colocou quando entrou no navegador (browser); que foi definida por você e colocou duas vezes. Então:
1- http://web.setup/ [Enter]
2-Aparece para colocar nome do administrador e senha, coloque:
2.1-admin;
2.2-mesma senha definida por você(duas vezes antes);
Espero ter ajudado. Traduz no google. Boa sorte!. Mas a configuração pode esta em japonês. Pois meu problema era o mesmo e eu estou no Japão. Mesmo assim dará para deduzir olhando o manual.
